Sammy on Losing End

Darren Sammy was on the losing end for the World Eleven Side in the Independence Cup as they went down by 20 runs to Pakistan in Lahore on Tuesday.

After being sent into bat, the 2017 ICC Champions Trophy winners posted 197-5 off their 20 overs with Babr Azam top scoring with 86 runs from 52 balls.

The St. Lucian Sammy bowled 2 overs and went wicketless while conceding 24 runs.

With the bat, the World Eleven were restricted to 177-7 with Darren Sammy top scoring with 29 runs from 16 balls.
