Portmore United Held San Juan at a 2-2 Draw

Portmore United held home team San Juan Jabloteh of Trinidad and Tobago to a two all draw in Thursday action from CFU Club Championship. With this result,

Portmore United has qualified for the CONCACAF League this summer.

Former Portmore United had a little fightback as Jeremie Lynch and Captain Ewan Grandison scored in the 85th and 87th minutes respectively to secure a point.

However despite avoiding a defeat, San Juan Jabloteh will be the team who advances to the final on Sunday as they have a +2 goal difference while Portmore United finished the group stages with a +1. Portmore United will instead play in the third place match against Ryan Thompson and Central FC.

The final will be between Cibao of the Dominican Republic and San Juan Jabloteh which includes Jamaicans Damion Williams, Adrian Reid and Keithy Simpson.
