Taylor, the 2011 ICC player of the year, was in fierce mode, scorching the ground with 14 fours and a six in her knock of 114 runs from 66 deliveries.
Vice Captain Shanel Daley chipped in with 39 as Jamaica closed on 201-3 from their allotted overs.
